밥알 속 수분은 그대로 유지되면서, 전분은 분리되어

왜 3세대 플레이트인가요?

기존 저당 플레이트는 당질물이 한쪽으로만 빠지거나
밥솥 내부에서 다시 섞이는 구조적 한계가 있었습니다.
이고다 저당 플레이트는 네잎클로버 형태의 4개 배출 구조로
취사 중 발생하는 전분물을 골고루 분산 배출해
밥맛의 균형을 유지하도록 설계되었습니다.

사용 방법 요약

1. 세척한 쌀과 기존과 동일한 물 양을 밥솥에 넣습니다.

2. 이고다 저당 플레이트를 밥 위에 올립니다.

3. 일반 취사 모드로 취사합니다.

4. 취사 완료 후 플레이트를 꺼내면 전분물이 분리되어 있습니다.
   (손잡이가 뜨거울 수 있으니 10–20초 후 꺼내 주세요.)

당질물이 적게 나올 경우

쌀 품종, 도정 상태, 수분 함량에 따라 전분 배출량은 달라질 수 있습니다.
전분물이 너무 적게 느껴질 경우,
물 양을 약 100ml 정도 추가해 사용하시는 것을 권장드립니다.

This third-generation plate features a four-outlet clover-shaped design that allows starch water to be evenly released during cooking, helping maintain balanced texture and flavor without altering your usual rice-cooking routine.

Rice Types

• White rice

• Brown rice, black rice, mixed grains

How to Use

1. Add washed rice and your usual amount of water to the rice cooker.

2. Place the Igoda plate on top of the rice.

3. Cook using the standard white-rice setting.

4. After cooking, carefully remove the plate.
   (Handle may be hot—wait 10–20 seconds.)

If Less Starch Is Released

Starch separation may vary depending on rice type and moisture content.
If needed, add approximately 100 ml of water for improved starch separation.
