환불 및 반품 정책

1. 단순 변심 환불 불가

모든 제품은 단순 변심으로 인한 환불이 불가합니다.
구매 전 신중한 선택을 부탁드립니다.

2. 제품 파손·하자에 대한 반품

제품을 수령한 후 파손 또는 하자가 있을 경우에 한하여 7일 이내 반품 요청이 가능합니다.

반품 요청 방법:

1. 이메일로 문의: lasoultreestudio@gmail.com

2. 아래 내용을 함께 보내주세요:

   • 주문번호

   • 성함

   • 파손 또는 하자 부위가 잘 보이는 사진/영상

3. 제품 수령 후 7일 이내 요청 해야 처리 가능합니다.

검토 후 반품 가능 여부 및 절차에 대해 안내드립니다.

3. 반품 배송비

• 하자/파손 제품의 경우: 당사가 배송비 부담

• 그 외의 경우: 반품 및 환불 불가

4. 최종 판매 품목

LA Soultree Studio의 모든 제품은 최종 판매(파이널 세일) 상품입니다.
단순 변심으로 인한 교환/환불이 불가합니다.

5. 배송 중 분실·도난

배송 완료 후 발생하는 분실/도난에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

We accept returns only when the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request a return:

1. Send an email to lasoultreestudio@gmail.com

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Customer name

   • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage

3. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

After review and approval, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping Cost

For defective or damaged items:
→ Return shipping cost will be covered by us.

For any other issues:
→ Return and replacement are not available.

4. Final Sale Items
